Thank you for visiting Mishpat' Legal Preparation Services! We hope you are able to find what you are looking for!
Any lawyer or non-lawyer will quickly make you aware of how daunting the legal system can be when preparing and/or representing yourself in any legal matter. Yet anything is possible with a lot of dedication to your cause.
Without providing legal advice or filing services for non-federal matters, Mishpat’ Legal Preparation services have been preparing or assisting with the preparation of legal documents for consumers and attorneys since 2009. Some customers are dissatisfied when they expect non-attorneys to operate outside of the ramifications of our laws. That being said, WE ARE NOT ATTORNEYS AND DO NOT PROVIDE LEGAL ADVICE.
We provide administrative services in the form of legal research and typing services to assist in the preparation of your documents, which is based upon the details you provide on your intake form. The internet holds a wealth of information with judicial filings from pro se litigants who have experienced the same legal challenges as you. Therefore, YOU are able to use those briefs, pleadings, or forms to tailor to your own situation. That’s where MLP Services comes in. Many resources charge for their services, and most legal documents can be found on local, county, and federal websites, Scribd.com, and LegalDocsPro.net to name a few.
Note: Legal research shows that every brief, pleading, or motion requires documented cases that have been reversed or remanded by the Appellate courts to support your legal claim.
Example: People in the interest of A.L.-C. (Constitutional Law, Criminal Law, Juvenile Law) ***Applicable to someone who had a teenager that committed a crime of assault, where police officers improperly gathered evidence.
As a Pro Se litigant, you can prepare many of your documents without the representation of an attorney; but it requires lots of focus to the details of your case and accuracy.

We receive lots of follow up feedback from our customers about their interaction with other court systems, who would support that by far the United States Bankruptcy Courts appear to be the most helpful to work with, by not advising, and pointing you in the right direction to assist yourself Pro Se. Our judicial systems would be less intimidating if all court systems were more like the bankruptcy court systems.
